With an emphasis on building strength, flexibility, and confidence, Tramp & Tone incorporates a mix of jumping, toning and skill development while focusing primarily on the trampoline. Led by experienced coaches, each class will help you progress at your own pace, focusing on controlled jumps, balance, core strength, and the fundamental jumping skills. British Gymnastics insurance is a requirement to attend this class, the cost is £24.00 per year and is transferable to any club. There is a 2 week grace period until insurance is due. less
