Introducing Our New Open Gym Class for Ages 14 and Up! We are thrilled to announce an exciting addition to our offerings at our brand new gym – the Open Gymnastics Session for participants aged 14 years and older! **Class Highlights:** - This class is designed for individuals looking to explore and enhance their gymnastic skills. It's an open format where participants can focus on their specific interests and goals within the realm of gymnastics. - Our experienced coaches will guide you as you work towards mastering various gymnastic disciplines, including floor routines, tumbling techniques, trampette exercises, and vault skills. - In addition to honing gymnastic skills, this class incorporates mobility and strength exercises to help you improve flexibility, balance, and overall physical fitness. - Each session is a dynamic 60 minute, session, providing an efficient and focused training experience. Camp notes
From 17/3/25, until further notice there will be a temporary access road in place for the gym. This is a single lane road you are able to access via Baden Road, just off the A420-Deanery Road.
​Please allow additional time to arrive on time for classes.​ This is due to the access bridge being replaced. There will be no road access via Tower Road North(usual entrance) during this time. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the duration of the works.
