Join us for an exciting Workshop! Whether you're a beginner or looking to refine your skills, this session is perfect for anyone interested in mastering these skills. Our coaches will guide you through step-by-step techniques to build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Cost: £10 per session Payment must be made before attending the session.
Camp notes
From 17/3/25, until further notice there will be a temporary access road in place for the gym. This is a single lane road you are able to access via Baden Road, just off the A420-Deanery Road.
​Please allow additional time to arrive on time for classes.​ This is due to the access bridge being replaced. There will be no road access via Tower Road North(usual entrance) during this time. Pedestrian access will be maintained throughout the duration of the works
